The month of June is Peach Fest for Tiny Pies. We've collected the sweetest, plumpest peach harvest of the Hill Country and are celebrating them all-month long! We've created some pretty unique flavors and are releasing them each Tuesday of every week.
Here's what we've done so far:
CLASSIC PEACH CRUMB - fresh peaches baked with brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger in a tiny pie with sugar crumb topping
PEACHES AND CREAM - a light whipped topping of vanilla and cream cheese, then topped with fresh sliced peaches
PEACH BELLINI - fresh white peaches with Moscato di Asti and fresh mint in a golden flaky shell
BOURBON PEACH - NEW THIS WEEK! Fresh peaches marinated with bourbon, then baked with a sugar crumb topping and drizzled with bourbon caramel

PECAN PEACH AND BROWN SUGAR - (Starts June 19th) fresh peaches baked with chopped pecans and brown sugar with a toasted pecan and sugar crumb top
FRIED PEACH PIE - (Starts June 26th and yes, it's really fried!) Fresh peach filling wrapped in our signature golden crust, then fried crisp and topped with cinnamon sugar
