February Special: Blood Orange Chiffon

We've noticed a trend with our pies -- cream pies are in!  Some of our most popular flavors are always between the Coconut Cream and the Chocolate Cream.  This had us thinking: What if we went even lighter?

As a baker, there's so much beauty in the egg.  It can make a thick custard or, in this case, a superior lightened pastry cream.  Behold our February special: Blood Orange Chiffon.

Made with fresh blood orange juice, egg whites, whipped cream, and a bit of mascarpone, it's topped with a homemade candied orange zest for that sweetened touch.  Delightful enough for you, yet sophisticated enough for your sweetheart. (By the way, be sure to peek our Valentine's Menu here.)
